We offer a unique hybrid model of third-party management in the MH Community business. Our goal is to partner with small to mid-size operators and investment firms to help build out a well-structured business model for MH community operations and sales.
Our team is built to help optimize your sales and finance platform. We develop and implement tailored lender programs, coordinate floorplan options for new inventory, provide recommendations on commission, and bonus structures, create marketing materials and provide comprehensive MH specific sales training.
Our group will engage on many different levels depending on the needs of the business, from due diligence prior to purchasing a community, recommendations on capital spend, to community operations post acquisition, hiring and training employees, collections & delinquency.
We take pride in training and developing people within the industry. Our Dynamic Training Solution includes courses on community operations for Community Managers, MH Sales Training for Salespeople, and a Management Workshop for District and Regional Manager levels.
Our hybrid model offers the ability to partner with you from a corporate level leadership position to help build out or enhance the structure of the business while training internal employees the Manufactured Housing Community business along the way.
