Justine's journey with roots extending from Illinois to the scenic landscapes of Colorado, where she was raised. She furthered her education at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree, which served as a stepping stone for her career.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Justine takes immense joy in being a devoted wife and a proud mother to four amazing children. Family holds a special place in her heart, whether it's exploring the great outdoors, embarking on off-road adventures, traveling, enjoying theater performances, or relishing the serenity of hiking and camping she loves family time.
In 2016, Justine's life took a transformative turn when she was introduced to the Manufactured Housing (MH) industry by a person who not only became her lifelong mentor and friend but also her current business partner. This encounter set her on a captivating path, navigating a wild ride in which she and her partner achieved unprecedented sales success with some of the largest MH Operators in the country.
Prior to her immersion in the MH industry, Justine's expertise encompassed sales training and support, sales operations, and the establishment of thriving sales programs in novel business channels. Tricia Huffman is a seasoned professional with a passion for improving operations in Manufactured Housing Communities. Born and raised on the Chesapeake Bay, just south of Annapolis, Maryland, Tricia's strong work ethic and dedication have been evident throughout her career.
Tricia's journey in the industry began in 2013 when she responded to a Craigslist Ad for a Community Manager position with a local Owner/Operator MH Community. During her interview, she demonstrated her versatility and problem-solving skills by connecting the internet in the newly remodeled office on the spot. This resourcefulness and her ability to get things done impressed her employers, leading to her immediate hire.
Since then, Tricia has continually excelled and expanded her expertise in the manufactured housing field. She smoothly transitioned to a larger company when her property was acquired and rapidly progressed in her career. Tricia's leadership qualities, attention to detail, and exceptional problem-solving abilities propelled her into positions of increasing responsibility. She first became a District Manager and soon after, a Regional Manager.
Throughout her career, Tricia has developed extensive experience in training and supporting Community Managers. She is well-versed in various software platforms such as Rent Manager and National Utility Billing via Manage America, Avid Utility, and Concur. Tricia's proficiency in these tools enables her to efficiently manage infrastructure and utility systems within communities.
Furthermore, Tricia's natural inclination for teaching and guiding others has made her comfortable conducting training sessions for both small and large groups. Her knowledge and expertise encompass community operations, utilities, and maintenance.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Tricia is an engaged and active member of her community. She volunteers her time as a long-standing PTO Board Member and serves as the Associate Commissioner for her children's youth football program.
