Beyond his remarkable achievements in the Manufactured Housing industry, Mike has a diverse range of passions. He finds joy in coaching his son's hockey team, showcasing his mastery of grilling, and unwaveringly cheering on the Buffalo Bills as a devoted fan.

With an impressive 30-year journey in the Manufactured Housing sector, Mike's deep involvement has connected him with esteemed industry leaders, enriching his knowledge and experience. His resolute belief in the potential of Manufactured Housing and all forms of "off-site" construction makes him a strong advocate for its future in the housing sector. Mike takes pride in helping countless families achieve their dream of homeownership, even when they thought it might be impossible.

Throughout his illustrious career, Mike has been at the forefront of developing and implementing various chattel and home-only lending programs, originating thousands of loans to support families across America. Justine has spent the majority of her life living in beautiful Colorado.  She furthered her education at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree, which served as a stepping stone for her career.

In 2016, Justine's life took a transformative turn when she was introduced to the Manufactured Housing (MH) industry by a person who not only became a lifelong mentor and friend but also her current business partner. 

Prior to her immersion in the MH industry, Justine's expertise included sales training and support, sales operations, and the establishment of thriving sales programs. Her passion lies in teaching and motivating others, firmly believing that with the right knowledge and guidance, individuals can forge a path to transform their lives positively. 

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Justine takes joy in being a devoted wife and a proud mother as well as a coach for youth sports.  She shares her passion of volleyball as a Club and Highschool girls volleyball coach in Colorado.

Rich Michels is a distinguished professional with a deep-rooted connection to his hometown of Howell, Michigan, where his family's legacy spans eight generations as founding members of the town. Raised amidst a heritage of community and tradition, Rich's values and commitment to excellence are evident in his career.  Earning his degree in Public Safety Administration from Capella University in Minneapolis, MN, Rich honed his leadership skills and gained a comprehensive understanding of effective administration and management practices. His academic background provided a strong foundation for a successful career in the manufactured housing (MH) industry. 

Since 2013, Rich has been an integral part of the MH industry, demonstrating his expertise in various leadership roles. With experience as both a Regional and Divisional Vice President, he has proven his ability to drive success in large-scale operations within the MH space. Rich's extensive background encompasses multi-state manufactured housing community operations, where he has overseen all aspects of field management, capital projects, budgeting, P&L review, community compliance, and home readiness. His keen financial acumen and strategic approach enable him to enhance operational efficiency, increase net operating income (NOI), and ensure long-term occupancy for clients.

As a mentor and trainer, Rich imparts his valuable knowledge to community, district, and regional leadership teams. Randy Iaquinto is a notable specialist with deep ties to the greater Detroit area of Macomb County, Michigan.  He earned his degree in Business Administration from Macomb Community College, where he developed a solid foundation in leadership and management practices. This academic background paired with the practical experience in retail management set the stage for a thriving career in the manufactured housing (MH) industry.

Since 2007, Randy has been a key player in the MH industry, showcasing his expertise in various high-level positions. Serving in multiple roles as a Regional Manager, Vice President and Divisional Vice President he has consistently driven success in large-scale operations. Randy’s extensive experience includes overseeing multi-state manufactured home community operations with experience in over twenty different state’s procedures where he has managed all facets of field operations, capital projects, budgeting, P&L analysis, compliance, and home readiness.  Andy is a leader with experience improving IT systems.  He earned a Bachelor of Science of Information Technology from Metropolitan State University of Denver and a Master of Science, Organizational Management from University of Colorado, Denver. He enjoys process optimization using guidance from business leaders, sales team members and customers. Andy is also skilled as a trainer with exceptional speaking skills, equally adept at speaking one-on-one, or at a seminar with hundreds in attendance.  He is excited to apply these skills to accounting to streamline processes.

Dallas Michels is a passionate and dedicated professional with a wealth of experience in business management and sales within the manufactured housing industry. Born and raised in Howell, Michigan, Dallas has always been deeply connected to his roots and values family traditions. He completed the Business Management Program at Lansing Community College, which provided him with a solid foundation to pursue a successful career.

When Dallas is not immersed in the business world, he enjoys spending quality time with his dad and brothers, engaging in their shared love for hunting. As an avid sports enthusiast, Dallas proudly cheers for the Chicago Cubs and is a fervent supporter of Michigan football.

His expertise and in-depth knowledge of the home sales process within the manufactured housing sector make him an invaluable asset to the team at Dynamic MH Solutions. As a seasoned professional, Dallas brings extensive experience in training and mentoring salespeople, enabling them to achieve their full potential and deliver exceptional results.

REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER

 Hotchkiss, CO 

Tracey is a Regional Operations Manager with over a decade of experience in manufactured housing and property management, specializing in operational leadership, team development, and community performance optimization. Since January 2025, she has led regional operations for Dynamic MH Solutions, supporting multiple resident-owned communities with a focus on governance alignment, financial performance, and sustainable growth.

Throughout her career, Tracey has held progressive leadership roles including Regional Manager, Regional Support Specialist, and Corporate Trainer. She brings a unique blend of hands-on operational expertise and strategic oversight, with a proven ability to improve occupancy, strengthen collections, and implement scalable systems and processes across diverse portfolios.

Tracey holds the Accredited Community Manager (ACM) designation through the Manufactured Housing Institute (MHI) and is a Certified Training Professional through InterAction Training (2020). She is especially passionate about developing high-performing teams and has designed and delivered company-wide training programs, built learning management systems, and coached onsite managers to succeed in complex, high-accountability environments.

Known for her collaborative yet results-driven approach, Tracey works closely with boards of directors, community managers, and stakeholders to balance strong governance with practical, day-to-day operations. She is recognized for bringing clarity, structure, and forward momentum to communities navigating growth, change, or operational challenges.

REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER

As a Regional Manager with over 12 years of experience in property management, Tiffany is passionate about creating strong, supportive communities and ensuring residents feel at home. She takes pride in building positive relationships, leading her teams with care, and helping properties reach their full potential.

Outside of work, Tiffany loves cheering on Husker volleyball and football, spending time with her three kids, and enjoying the outdoors. Whether it’s a day at the zoo, fishing, or just relaxing outside, she values making memories with her family and staying active.

Born and raised in Florence, South Carolina, Jasmine is a results-driven Regional Manager with a proven record of success across property management, operations, and sales leadership. He has held key roles including Director of Property Management, Operations Manager, Area Sales Manager, and National Home Sales Coordinator. Known for leading high-performing, multi-unit teams, Jasmine excels at driving revenue, optimizing operations, and cultivating a culture of accountability, coaching, and character.

With extensive experience in full P&L ownership, sales forecasting, KPI alignment, and operational oversight, Jasmine leads with both strategy and empathy—ensuring sustainable growth for both people and profits. Passionate about talent development and building cohesive, motivated teams, he thrives in fast-paced, results-oriented environments. Outside of work, Jasmine values time with his family and is deeply committed to giving back through selfless acts and service.

Odenville, AL

Pamela Belyea brings a diverse and accomplished background in education, sales, and real estate to her current role at Dynamic MH Solutions. With over 20 years of experience as a high school art teacher in Illinois and Colorado, Pamela's strong foundation in education has been a consistent asset throughout her career.

Transitioning from the classroom, Pamela excelled in the sales industry, serving as a Manufacturer’s Representative for fabrics and wallcoverings and later as Senior VP of Sales for Ricoh Copiers. She earned her Colorado Real Estate License as she shifted from teaching, embarking on a new chapter that has now spanned over 11 years.

In real estate, Pamela not only thrived in sales but also mentored new agents across several brokerages, sharing her expertise and helping launch successful careers.  She joined Dynamic MH Solutions in 2023 as a part-time graphic designer,  quickly becoming a valuable asset. As her role expanded, Pamela transitioned into the sales division, where she now manages Rental Conversions nationwide across multiple communities and clients. She also oversees incoming sales leads from various marketing sources.

Pamela’s unique blend of creativity, communication, and sales acumen continues to drive results and build lasting relationships in the manufactured housing industry.

INSIDE SALES REP

 Lisa is an Inside Sales Rep at Dynamic MH Solutions from Kentucky.  Lisa is an experienced Inside Sales Rep with over 25 of expertise in customer service and inside sales. Currently with Dynamic MH Solutions, she specializes in helping homebuyers confidently navigate the home purchasing journey from start to finish.  She takes pride in simplifying the often overwhelming aspects of homebuying, helping customers feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout every step of the process.   She is known for her strong communication skills, relationship-building, and closing deals, and she is passionate about creating a positive and stress-free experience for every client while helping families find the right home to fit their needs.  

RESIDENT RELATIONS COORDINATOR

Brenda Carballo is a bilingual professional with over 10 years of customer service experience in industries ranging from banking to home insurance. She has taken on leadership and support positions focused on client satisfaction and clear communication. At Dynamic, she supports Spanish-speaking clients, helping build trust through culturally aware service. Outside of work, she is a national champion in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a passionate painter, and an enthusiast of art, museums and diverse cultures.
