Three-Pronged Management Philosophy
Construction projects are assigned a team of three highly trained professionals to ensure all responsibilities are met in a timely fashion.
- The Project Manager of Construction Operations coordinates vendors, receives quotes, and manages your timeline and overall budget. They'll communicate with you regularly to ensure all stakeholders are fully up to date on all variables.
- The Project Manager is then supported by a Regional Manager who assists with on-site communication to residents and the on-site manager, acting as liaison to the community itself.
- Finally, we have the On-Site Property Manager whose direct experience with the community and local relationship with residents provides valuable insight to the Project Manager on the best means of collaborating and communicating with residents.
