We provide ongoing support to on-site managers, addressing any questions related to resident issues, company policies, processes and proper procedures.  Oversee on-site employees, conduct interviews and hiring on-site management.  Our team is dedicated to training and developing your staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.   

Our leadership staff will engage in interviewing candidates for your leadership positions whether on site staff or multiunit supervision. We can provide candid feedback to current teams and mentor those with a need to accomplish better results or greater understanding of issues that arise in day-to-day operations.  

Whether on site or via Zoom, our staff can assist with specific trainings based on our experience in the field.  This would include assistance of rent collections, addressing curb appeal and community standards, home readiness and refurbishing of homes. We can provide insights into driving NOI and maintaining it versus short term solutions.

To provide an evaluation of current processes & procedures, and help to create additional learning material and ensure proper documentation. Guidance on how to best organize documentation for field and management use to best fit the company's needs 

Provide insights on the key items to focus on and assist in identifying gaps while helping to increase Net Operating Income and Revenue Producing Sites within the portfolio

Evaluate current delinquency and help identify processes that will assist in increasing collections within the portfolio

Provide guidance on best practices needed to be efficient and cost effective while refurbishing used inventory and new home sets.  Provide process documentation to utilize for home readiness

Our teams can assist on evaluation of and due diligence of properties that your teams have interest in acquiring. Will complete a fully documented evaluation of all assets, infrastructure, staff, and give details on internal/external property conditions and advanced notice of possible issue prior to purchase. 

Once you have purchased your properties our team can assist in capital projects budgeted from due diligence, providing detailed analysis of your new teams, update collection processes, review and plan for new home readiness/home refurbishment or home removals, and addressing/updating community standards and operations.

Provide guidance on creating monthly, quarterly and yearly budgets for Net Operating Income, Sales, Revenue Producing Sites and Delinquency.  Work with the company leadership to follow-up on the budgets that are set are being tracked and measured throughout the year.

Provide a comprehensive review of current P&L statements for community portfolio to identify areas of opportunity for the company and provide solutions on those opportunities

Provide evaluation of capital expenditures for new home sets and used home refurb costs.  Identify processes to build efficiency and sustainability for new homes set and used home turns.
